Rimborso abbonamento negato

Saluto tutta la community e ringrazio in anticipo chi potrà aiutarmi.

 

Ho provato ad annullare il mio piano di abbonamento, ma al momento dell'avanzamento mi dice che mi sarà addebitato un costo di annullamento anticipato € 274,95.

Avendo un abbonamento annuale (pagamento mensile) sono andato a vedere nella guida cosa diceva.

Il mio ordine, pagamento e rinnovo è stato il 22 novembre quindi ero certo di dover ricevere un rimborso completo entro 14 giorni (avendo anche chiesto in chat e essendomi confermato).
 
A questo punto sono bloccato in una situazione disarmante, in un secondo momento nella chat assistenza mi hanno detto che devo necessariamente pagare in quanto i14 giorni valgono al momento dell'acquisto non al rinnovo, credo che questo sia veramente poco chiaro e fuorviante nella guida.
 
Qualcuno di voi ha esperienza o sa se ci sono soluzioni in merito?

Sorry to hear that. Here is Adobe's official page describing the terms:
 
"If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll be fully refunded."

Unfortunately, what linsims said above is true – we are users here just like you, and do not have the power to make changes to your account or billing... Only Adobe has that power. Wish we had different news to give you here.
