I have been waiting for FOUR weeks now to resolve payment issues. Money has been taken from my cards. Three different cards. Over $1000 USD. Can someone help?
How can I escalate?

Do you use any Adobe software?
Have you ever subscribed to any Adobe subscription service?
If the answer to both of those questions is NO then you need to contact your CC Company/Bank and file a Dispute.
Someone has gotten hold of your CC number, or numbers, and is using it/them without your authorization.
It is not Adobe fault that your CC numbers have been stollen.

I have tried four times to renew my subscription. I received email and then cancellation email. The fourth time no cancellation email. After TWO months still not working. I have had numerous chats with them. They have informed me that my cards would be refunded. They have not refunded me. They promised to call me. They have not. This ridiculous state of affairs has last 2 months.
