I stopped the service because of miss use of the credit card information.

You seemed to be able to type "hi"? Did it stop after those two letters?
As in my previous reply, you need to type "Agent" into the chat box.

Please use a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to begin a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. You can also use the process listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html to cancel the membership.
If you are encountering problems establishing a chat session, then I would fully expect that you would also have problems accessing secure forms.
