Joreen, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? There is no active membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
If you have a Creative Cloud individual membership, and own and manage the computer and network you are using the software on, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html for steps you can take to correct this behavior.
