Since the renewal of my account, all the app have an evaluation status, I just have a 7 days trial

Hi everybody,

Ssince my company renewed the licence for the creative suit, all my apps went into a trial status, I can use them just for a trial period of 7 days. I tried to figure out but can't see where the licence renewal went wrong. All my collegues have full access to the creative cloud. I'm blocked here.

Did you have the same problem recently, have you ever encoutered such problem?
