Good evening
I recieved an email confirming that my Adobe Creative Cloud membership has been cancelled yesterday.
It wast me and when I checked my account access it doesnt have any trace of me logging in yesterday
How do i resolve this.

You and me both, and the live chat just transfer me to an empty chat for several hours. Even when rebooting the chat, they just seem to ignore any 'transfer' issues and just transfers me again.... Not sure what's going on.

Just receive this from adobe help centre
Hi! Thank you for contacting Adobe Genuine. After analysis, it appears that the subscription access has been shut off for the product. it shows that the Redemption code is fraudulently obtained.
I bought it and even have an invoice.

If it wasn't bought directly from Adobe, then it either was purchased from a seller that was not authorized to sell it, it was an improperly sold product, or it was a business license illegally sold.

Contact the vendor who sold you the bogus redemption code.
