I got a student account and somewhere in the past few months it has changes to an enterprise account. All of the creative services I used to have access to, like lighroom, are no longer available. However, I am still paying $20/month. How can I fix this? I don't want to cancel and have to pay additional fees. Ideally, I want to change plan, but my account doesn't even give me access to manage this.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is your plan provided and administered by your school?
There have been several messages recently about problems with education subscriptions
