I registered and paid for a student rate annual subscription to the creative cloud suite, but I did not get access to it not any confirmation email other than a paypal invoice.
When i log in to raise a ticket, i'm directed to my 'enterprise plan admin' as i signed up with my TAFE email address.
I've raised a paypal dispute, but would very much appreciate assistance on this matter from adobe.
