Student Memberships Issues

Hello,

I was given a 6 month access thru my college, but then purshased a 1 year membershup via Student Buys.  I am using my school email for both the college membership and the purchased membership. Now I am not able to accesst the purchased products.  I am new to Adobe products and cant seem to find anytpye of support.  Any help, that anyone can provide is very much appreciated.
