Student Plan Clarity

Ok, I'm not sure if I was given the wrong information by my instructors or if perhaps the Student & Teachers plan has changed. 

My understanding of the plan was that it lasted for as long as I was in school. Is this true? I've been in school for longer than 4 years now because I had to switch to part-time. I've only been asked to renew and prove that I was still a student once - I did, and I'm just noticing that I was kicked off of the student plan and was switched over to the regular CC last year. 

 

Is there anything that can be done?
