I have a student plan as an individual. I pay for the plan. I can't access most of the app anymore. When I try it says that my trial has ended. But I'm not on a trial. I'm still paying. My year subscription will end at the end of November. Could be related to the fact that my University course has ended in July, so I,m not a student there anymore? So I can't use those apps even if I'm still paying for the subscription?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
