I have a student who cannot sign into Adobe Creative Cloud. When ever they try to sign in it says they have the worng password. When they go to reset their password it gives them a error message and won't let them change their password. Tried contacting adobe but we all know how that goes... This probelm has been going on for a week now.

check their account to verify their subscription is what you expect and to verify the adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
they'll probably have the wrong password for that but then use the change password option from that adobe web page.
NOTE: if they used a bogus or otherwise incorrect email address for their subscription, they'll have more problems that can be fixed without adobe staff working on this.
