Afternoon!
A year ago when I got my new laptop I went all out and also got a full set of Adobe product subscriptions to the tune of $599.
Sadly over this same year dealing with my cancer and then the events on the past 6 months I've not felt terribly creative. Then this past week or so the next years' subscription got charged automatically. Since I'd barely used them over the prior year I then changed my plans, perhaps blithely figuring since I was within 14 days of the charge that some of that money would be refunded. So far that has not happened. Am I really out of this money? Is there a phone call I need to make?
