I just subscribed to the student offer on all apps, the payment went through but it still says I am on the 'free creative cloud plan'? help please!

If you have a personal and a school email account, are you checking your Adobe account for the correct one?

 

I have read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show in your Adobe account after purchase
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
