I am helpless please provide me with some helpful information.

I've been trying to contact Adobe with no luck there seems to be no email or number other than the useless chatbot. I've been invoiced monthly for my Creative Clouds All Apps plan. However all of the sudden I cant open any of them without getting notified that try it for free for 7 days or buy the app. How is this possible? I can not submit my assignments or work related stuff because I am stuck with this issue. How can they accept payment and not able me access to the apps?
