I have subscribed twice on the iPhone Adobe app however when ever I try to edit any pdf doc it keeps asking me to subscribe. Is there any way some one can help me or give me access to Adobe customer service email?
if your subscription is what you expect open your mobile cc app - whose icon is in the middle right:
click the top right icon (settings)>click the top line (your adobe id)>make sure adobe id is matches the id used to check your account. if not, sign out (if you're signed in) > change so your adobe id is correct, then sign in.
