Subscription Renewal Reminder- NSW Department of Education account

I have recieved a renewal reminder for my account which I have signed up through my workplace, so do not have to pay to access it.

I received this renewal reminder saying I'll now have to pay every month.
I can't find an Australian contact number for customer support to sort this out.
Please help!

I cannot find anywhere to write to Adobe!

 

Trying to find the subscription, which is paid automatically on our bank account!

 

I only have the information that it says Adobe Creative Cloud and is paid with 151,25 DKK monthly.

Company paying is Dolenco APS in Denmark.

 

Can you help?

It is not found there. I am a novelk user of the product, so I need someone to find out where the payments are going to or my only solution is to cancel the payments. But accounting needs the invoices for IRS.
