Subscription (un)expired

Good morning.

 

I had a one year subscription. I paid last 18 January 2021. However, when I tried to open a pdf document for signing, I was informed that my subscription already expired when in fact I just paid a one year subscription two months ago! Please help on how to get back my active subscription. 

Thanks a lot.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

 

then if you account shows as current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
