Hi I only have a basic issue. I've got 2 Adobe subscriptions on two different emails. Each time one is due to expire I get charged because Adobe documents won't start. I live in Australia and frankly we're used to this kind of thing. So I pay twice: it's the price of not living anywhere important. However, it's a bit annoying. Is there anyway I can sort this out. I would call but I've finished the complet works of Dostoevsky so wouldn't have anything to do while waiting.

Cheers

This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support
-other users here can't help with an account problem

-you need to contact Adobe to combine your accounts
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.
