Existe doble cargo en mi cuenta y el sistema tomo un correo que no es mio y quiero cancelar uno de los cargos y no funciona, no puedo verificar.

You need to contact your Credit Card Company and get a New Number. Your card has been cloned and or the number has been used by someone else without your knowledge, STOLEN.

 

This has nothing to do with Adobe. It is Credit Card Fraud.

 

Once you get a New CC (New number) you will have to Update the payment method on your Adobe account.
