I have been being charged by adobe for about 6 months, yet I have never downloaded the programs.  I did sign up for the free trial, but when that ended, I was never able to find out how to cancel the membership and I still don't. I want to be refunded or credited for the obvious 6 months that I never used their service, but multiple times did try to contact adobe to no luck.

Although i don't think you qualify for a refund, as you should have asked this question before for help on cancelling, but anyhow talk to the support guys tell them you side of the story and see what best they can offer you.
