I have a problem with activating Acrobat DC 2015 (Classic)
I had to reinstall my computer. Windows 10-1909, now I cannot deactivate this computer in my account. I only see the serial number. Now Acrobat is "activated on too many computers". I'm only use this PC. Apparently reinstalled too often without deactivating the activation in Adobe Acobat.
Adobe Acrobat
Version: 12.
Platform: Windows
Registration date: Apr. 15, 2016
Unfortunately the chat period is far beyond my ability to use the chat.
Is there an email contact who will take care of the problem and delete or reset the activations?
Alternatively I will also gladly use a contact form. 🙂

Hi, please see these two help pages:
https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/error-activation-limit-reached-sign.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activation-deactivation-help.html
If you are stuck because of a perpetual license system/setup which is no longer available so cannot be deactivated, then you may have no choice other than to contact Adobe Customer Care directly to request a reset of the activation count for your license... They do not support email contacts; only via live online chat (in your web browser) or telephone, depending on your region:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Hope that helps.

Thank you!
I may have been too hasty. The colleagues from Adobe Chat have answered my chat. Unfortunately I could only see the answer after I had just opened a new chat window.
And, they unlocked my activation again (even though I was no longer present). In Acrobat, I had to click twice (humans can be so blind) . Everything works.
This is service 🙂
