Transfer Subscription

I dont think this subject belongs in this forum but i hope somebody can help. 

I have a yearly subscription for Adobe Stock Photos for 35€ per month that i can no longer cancel without a 156€ fee *BIG BIG SAD*. 

I would love to get the option to transfer that subscription to a Photoshop subscription instead. Do you know if the Adobe support is capable of doing this or somebody had their subscription for any service transfered to a different product ?

-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
