Trouble Verifying Emails

When I go to my adobe account and click the "send verification email" to both my primary and secondary email the email never comes through. I've checked my spam/junk and still never receive the verification email. I cannot use the adobe reader app until my email is verified. Has anyone successfuly resolved this issue?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free app.

AFAIK, you do not need to verify your e-mail to use it. Maybe you're confusing this with another PDF application or service?
