I tried the free subscription for Adobe and thought that I had cancelled it. However, it turns out that I have been charged since November 2020 and will be charged £80 for cancelling this - I am extremely dissapointed as I have not used any licences or even logged in during this time. I really need a refund for those months and to wain the fee of cancelling, please, I cannot afford this. Customer serive has me on hold for over an hour, I cannot get through to anyone. Please help.

Update: My cancellation fee has been waived. However, I would still like a refund for the £80 I have been charged even though I have NOT used the service at all- I feel this is fair.

You are unlikely to get a refund for the months you were on subscription. Subscribing to an Adobe plan is rather like subscribing to a cable or satellite TV service. You pay for it whether you use it or not.

If you still want to try, though, you'll need to talk to customer support again. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
