Unable to reset password linked to Adobe ID [was: I am lost]

Hi

I have an Adobe account, but I lost my Username and Password. I cannot get into Adobe,because I get stuck when my CURRENT PASSWORD is required. If I don't enter it, I cannot change or create a new password. I fail to find any link where I can get proper information on how to enter and access my Adobe account.

Please can anyone guide me through te process to regain my Adobe ID, Currend Password and how to enter a new password and profile

Contact Adobe. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Suggest you phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.  Also write down your IDs and passwords and store them in a desk drawer.
