I originally purchased an Adobe DC plan in April 2020, on what I thought was a month-by-month basis that I could cancel any time. I was sure I cancelled after this initial month and indeed was not charged a monthly fee for May or June. However, I have today been charged the monthly fee again and now when I look at my account it says I have subscribed to an annual plan which will cost me a further £50 to cancel. Looking at my order history page, it shows only my original April order, but when I look at my billing history there are two orders in there with different order numbers - one for April and the other for July.
