Hello, I was charged on 3/31/21 for the amount of $15.99 despite having no subscriptions other than one provided by my school. I have 2 Adobe accounts, neither of which have subscriptions. I'd like to find out how I could have been charged and I would like a refund. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.
