I was reconciling my AMEX bill and I noticed a charge for $179.88 and I have no subscription at all with you guys !!!!!!!! I am not sure how this occured but i dont want this to ever happen again. Please look into this.

If you have never purchased a product or subscription plan from Adobe, then it is probable that your card number has been compromised. You'll have to talk to your bank/card issuer about that; there's nothing Adobe can do about it.
