Hi, I've been charged $21.09 on my card for September and October, but I deactivated my personal account and don't remember purchasing anything. I do have a school account that is being charged the same amount, but on a different card. Why am I being charged the $21.09 and how do I stop it? I've tried contacting suport on my account, but it says to contact my administrator (I don't know who that is).

I've also been triple charged every month since February. The only reason why I found out is because I decided to move accounts. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company, direct debiting should be simple. I hope a professional contacts me ASAP to refund the money.

Adobe WILL NOT CONTACT YOU from the forum. It's just a place where user's meet. But SOMEONE will probably contact you. They will say they are from Adobe. They will say they can help. They will ask for your credit card number, in full to check things are ok, and they will ask to control your computer. Please be careful, and contact Adobe about your payment issues.
