If I understand your question correctly, That you had an Adobe ID using a certain email address and you are wondering IF You can use that same email address in a NEW Adobe ID.

 

I personally do not think that is possible. If you contact Adobe Directly and had that ID Deleted IIRC (although I am not an Adobe employee) you can NOT use that same email address again.

 

If you never contacted Adobe and just STOPPED using your Adobe ID, IE No subscriptions, that ID is still valid and as long as you remember the password for it, or can get the password reset, then you can continue to use that same Adobe ID usinf the original Email address.
