I heard adobe are offering assistance with payments or putting account on hold during the corona virus crisis. What would i need to do to request assistance while still being able to use the products?

I have not heard a word about payments being deferred.  I think that's an urban legend or just wishful thinking. But Adobe is extending school lab access to temporary at-home access until May 31.  Read more about it below.

Go to cancel your plan, click through until you reach the "offers" page and select 60 days of free service. There's nothing to explicitly suggest that this offer is linked to the coronavirus, though.

This is different from the 60-day free offer that comes when you cancel your plan and this extension of access with COVID-19.
Cancellation offers are for subscriber retention and do not defer billing.
