Want to upgrade, cancelled my Photography sub.. but still can't upgrade

Ive been using the Photography subscription on LR and PS, Now I see Adobe got a limited offer on all aps -40% one year and i want to use this offer. When i tried to buy this All apps, the systems sayes because i got the Photography subscription. i need to cancel this first. So i Cancelled the subscription whit last subscription on 30. September 2019 and the limited offer ends 30. September 2019.. I already tried logging out, but still says i cant buy the all apps because my Photography subscription.. Tried the support chat, but still no responce. Anyone else having trouble upgrading whit a limited offer?

Waited 45-60min on the support chat (when trying to buy, in the lower right corner there is a chat icon).. then they changed somthings and after 15min i had the All Apps offer.
