Why am I charged VAT? I have a VIES registered company.

Hello,

I am asking because I have an annual plan, paid monthly, for the complete suite, for 37,19€ a month (I got that -40% offer Adobe gives every once in a while). My problem is, that from this amount, the 7,20€ is VAT. Now since I am registered for VAT-less transactions throughout Europe, why am I being charged this amount? My accountant says that this is wrong. Is there something we can do about it?

You will probably indeed need to contact Adobe but you can start by making sure your company name and VAT number are correct in your profile. Start here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-vat-id-for-eu-countries.ug.html
