Anyone know why the support ticket history page on the support website, only shows one side of the conversation? I can type my reply for each ticket into the support page, but Adobes response doesn't appear on the page, it only shows a list of my side of the communication. The only place Adobes responses appear, is in the email notification that gets sent to me to say they have replied, along with their response. I am wondering if this is a bug, as every other ticket system I have used, shows both sides of the communication for each ticket in the support area.
