Hi ! As you know it all price of suite is different in different country in europe. Im actually living in belgum but my family is from another country where i can paid suite cheaper for futur business purpose. Reading your terms it's written it's forbidden to use the suite in another country of purchase. So here are my 2 question :
1) Can i travel and use my suite in different country ?
2) As you can read it here : https://www.europarl.europa.eu/factsheets/en/sheet/38/free-movement-of-goods Regarding european law it is illegal to restrain service depending on european country we are cause all europe is based on freedom of moving worker and freedom of moving goods. It seems like your terms of use are going against the law can you explain it why you think it's not appliable to suite?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support, so I don't think any other user is going to be able to answer your questions... except that I do think, but don't know for sure, that you may buy in your country A and use while traveling in country B

Adobe's licenses are long and make several references to countries. For example https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms.html 3.11B says
"You may install and use the Educational Version only in the country where you are qualified as an educational user. If you reside in the European Economic Area, then the word “country” in the prior sentence means the European Economic Area."
This clearly DOES state that the education version may only be used in the country where you qualified. If you want the benefits of keeping the software in other countries you need full price. I am not a lawyer but this also seems to specifically cover the case you mention. I observe it seems to mean UK students can no longer use their student-price software when they go to the EU/EEA.

Does Belgium add the VAT? If so, does that account for the difference in price?
