Hi,

I was notified that my plan is expiring so I updated my card info online. But I keep receiving the message: "Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it." and won't let me renew the plan.

Thanks

Hi Shay,

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Is the way to contact adobe direct - although I cannot find a way to contact them from any angle using that link - the community does not appear to be helpful and is not often checked by adobe staff, it appears.

This adobe staff member appears active:

Hopefully they can help further.

This button does not exist on my /plans page, Nancy.

I've to receive a new card from the bank in the next 28 days, which may be after the grace period.
There is no contact adobe button anywhere in the support section either, in which to use a chat.

Any suggestions?

If it solves the issue for the OP then good, but what about this - my posts and appeals for assistance appear to pass ignored, while others are answered within hours.

// There is a chat icon in the bottom right of this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - it is well hidden.

Hi teh_saccade.

You have no other options because payment details are still not current.   This user-to-user forum cannot help you with account / payment problems.

My account portal does have a Contact Adobe button near page bottom.  See screenshot.
