Hallo,

die Zahlung für mein Adobe-Abo wäre am 4.12.20 fällig gewesen. Adobe hat eine Abbuchungsermächtigung, es wurde jedoch nichts abgebucht. Wenn ich in mein Adobe-Konto gehe, finden ich den Eintrag, dass bei der Abrechnung ein Problem aufgetreten sei und ich die Abrechnungsinformationen aktualisieren sollte. Meiner Bank sind keine Probleme bekannt.

Natürlich könnte ich die Zahlungsweise auch auf PayPal umstellen, doch ich will eine doppelte Bezahlun verhindern.

Bitte wie soll ich vorgehen bzw. an wen kann ich mich wenden?
