Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check with double side printing.
What is the make and model of the printer? If your printer has this feature, Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader support double-sided printing. Printer options are managed by the printer driver, not by Acrobat or Reader (https://adobe.ly/4hfbDhJ )
Also try the steps below and see if that helps:
1. Check the Print Layout Settings: Ensure that you’ve selected the correct booklet or brochure layout in the print settings. Most printers and software offer a “Booklet” or “Imposition” option that automatically arranges pages in the correct order for folding.

3. Manually Arrange Pages (if needed): As a workaround, you can manually reorder pages in your document. For example:
For a 4-page double-sided brochure: Page 4 and Page 1 should print on one side, and Page 2 and Page 3 on the other. Check the number of pages in your brochure and use a template or guide to ensure correct ordering.
