어도비 결제 오류 문의

안녕하세요 어도비 사용 중인 20대 여성입니다.

제가 프로그램을 한 번 사용하고 구독을 취소한 상태에서

다른 프로그램을 다운 받아서 사용하고 있는데 

갑자기 요금이 청구되었네요 확인을 해보니까

7일 전 구독 취소하면 요금 안 나오는 걸로 알고 있는데 환불 요청드립니다.
