0x0000139 error in adobe

I keep running into the error when I am trying to edit a PDF in Adobe.  I own the full version and have looked up multiple posts on line about this and have tried multiple fixes that have been recommended.  I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the suite and have run checks on my computer and this is the only place and time that I get this error.  This is extremily frustrating.  I am hoping that someone has a solution as to how I can fix this.

Thanks in advance!

Was Acrobat already installed on this Windows 11 machine and  working OK before?

Or was Acrobat  on Windows 10 and started throwing that error after an upgrade occured from Windows 10 to version 11?
