I have a user who had Adobe Acrobat but it was crashing, another tech uninstalled and passed it off to me to reinstall. Now I'm trying to install Acrobat again but keep getting unknown software exception 0xc06d007e. I've run SFC, DISM, and the Acrobat cleanup tool to no avail. What are my next steps to take?
