2 Different Saves - Creating Issues - Please Help!

When I need to save a document as a PDF, it will save one of 2 ways: 

• Correct Way
• This is how it had always previously saved.
• This allows me to edit in Adobe Acrobat
• This is how all other files on our server are saved/shared
• No one has issues opening these. 

• Incorrect Way
• I have no idea why it started saving this way, it just started happening. 
• I cannot edit in my Adobe Acrobat account. 
• If I send something out saved this way, most people can't open it. 

I have no idea why it started saving in 2 different ways.

Look at the Properties of these files. What file extension do they have? What's the full file name?
