2013 Acrobat Pro XI - can't load to device because I can't DEACTIVATE devices not shown in account

So I got this:   Your Adobe Case ADB-42876175-W3P4

I have a 2013 version of Acrobat Pro XI.  I used to have it on other computers.  I destroyed those computers because they were out of date (HP Pavillions).   I want to reload the software (which I know is out of date and does not update) onto another computer but I get the "program is used on too many devices, deactivate other devices" language.  In my Adobe account there are NO devices showing.  Can't deactivate a device that doesn't show up.  I asked if Adobe could look up my devices by the Product Serial Number.   No luck (she probably really didn't know to be honest).  How do you deactivate devices that are not on your Adobe Account?    Thanks.

Don't waste your time! You will no be able to use this software on another computer. Adobe has taken down the activation servers for it, so you can't activate it anymore.
