I've got some larger 3D PDFs (>50 MB) and I've noticed that when trying to get to the 2nd sheet of the 3D PDF and manipulate the views/annotations takes much longer with 64 bit Adobe Acrobat vs 32 bit Adobe. I've read postings on other message boards that Adobe was supposed to fix the 64 bit performance issue last year. I'm currently running Adobe Acrobat version 2023.008.20555.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @James E.
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all of them, please try with a different PDF file of large size and check for the issue.
As you have the latest version of the application installed, please go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Page Display > Under rendering, Uncheck 'Use Page Cache' > Click OK and reboot the application and see if that works.
Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply Amal. So the issue is not particular to a specific PDF. The performance issue affects all my large 3D PDFs (> 50 MB). I have tried your suggestion and it hasn't helped or had much of an effect.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that, would you mind collecting and sharing the Acromon logs as described in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html so we can narrow down the investigation?
