365 page fillable document

I have a 365 page guided journal. Each page has multiple fields.  Do I seriously have to go through pages 2-365 and manually change the name of each field to avoid duplication of entry.

Use the template object to generate the pages and rename the fields.

I know I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, but I have searched high and low to find a tutorial for creating a template in Acrobat DC and can't find one.  Any suggestions?
