Since last week the 3dconnexion SpaceMouse Wireless doesn't work correctly. Moving ansd zooming doesn't work, except for moving up and down. All my menues for the buttons are lost. Importing my preferences does not have any effect. I cannot create new menues for the buttons because there are no acrobat functions.
3dconnexion blames Adobe for the problem. They say that they get a message on their own computers that the pluigin is not yet supported. I never got this message. I am wondering how this could happen, because I did not update acrobat. Maybe some updates run secretly?
Does anybody know if it the problem is caused by acrobat or 3dconnexion and how to solve it?
