Hello Community,
Please see my problem as a screen shot.
It would be great if someone has a pragmatic idea to solve that.
Since I have used the same Word document I had never such a problem.
Could this be caused by windows 11? Or is there another root cause?

Thank you for reaching out.
Try repairing the installation. Launch Acrobat and go to Help > Repair Installation.
Please let us know the steps you do that result in the error message.
Did you check if it happens with every file you use?
Share the Acrobat version number..
Just to test, try the workaround: Go to Edit menu > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at Startup" and "Run in AppContainer".
Let us know if that resolves the issue.
