A proven (Electronically signed Document) only shows a blue square in that field.

This occures for only one single user. Everybody else, it works fine. They can all see the electronic signature, as per normal.

For that user; I re-installed AAP. And after that, it still does the same.

What could possibly impact that single user in such a way? In the field where normally is found a  Digi sign, for her is just a Blue square in that field.

any thoughs or feedback appreaciated.

thanks so much.

It's previously known signed docment.

When I open it I see it (the Digi sign.)

... ... and it's the same darn document, the exact same one, that I can see and that she cannot.  puzzling

Here it is.

Now, I followed your advice..( i hadn't thought of it) but I asked her to click in the field. And what pops up is exactly as you ppointed out - a pop-up message simply saying ''This field requires a signature...would you like to configure it''

Now what is Baffling is that this doc is alreqady signed!! Going bezurk trying to see logic in this one, thanks.

You're making it difficult to help you.

Post a full-window screenshot from both computers, as well as a screenshot of the contents of the Signatures panel at the left-hand side of the application.
