In the Acrobat dc version of the program installed with the same Setup.exe file and the same serial number, when I click Fill & Sign on only a few specific PCs, the page does not load and a blank screen appears as follows

Hi @HelpdeskEngineer is this an Enterprise deployment? Why are you on Acrobat 2015 and not the current version? There are a lot of security updates that have transpired in the past 8 years.

@HelpdeskEngineer

This account is for business use, and I have previously purchased a license for acrobat 2015 for business and am still using it. However, it is not a subscription version

Unfortunately this version is long out of support and there have not been any fixes in many years. If you don't want a subscription, a business should be paying for upgrades, rather than run software with known vulnerabilities... Mind you, it isn't clear that the perpetual license Acrobat 2020 has any future, it's getting kind of long in the tooth. Subscription might be the only option soon.
